On the edge of colourful Dingle town, a former sawmill has been transformed into one of Ireland’s most exciting independent distilleries. Founded in 2012, Dingle Distillery helped lead the revival of small-batch Irish spirits and continues to produce whiskey, gin and vodka on the Dingle Peninsula.
During the fully guided tour, you’ll step onto the working distillery floor and follow the production process from the first ingredients to the finished spirit. The warm scent of grain fills the air as your guide explains fermentation, distillation and the patient maturation that gives Dingle Whiskey its distinctive character.
