Under the guidance of an experienced falconer, you’ll learn about the history of falconry and the remarkable intelligence, speed and natural instincts of these extraordinary birds. With a leather glove firmly in place, you’ll have the opportunity to call a Harris hawk from the treetops and experience the thrill of having it land gently on your hand.
Depending on the experience, you may also meet owls and watch a falcon demonstrate its spectacular speed and aerial agility. It is far more than a traditional bird display—you’ll handle, fly and interact with the birds while learning about their individual personalities and the close relationship they share with their handlers.
