Come Hungry. Leave With Stories.
A culinary journey through Ireland.
Ireland’s finest flavours are rarely found on a plate alone. They live in busy market stalls, country-house kitchens, family farms and conversations shared across the table.
Fork in the Road is a ten-day small-group journey from Dublin to Galway, created for travellers who want to taste Ireland while getting to know the people behind its food. Along the way, you’ll meet farmers, cooks, craftspeople, brewers and musicians while discovering ancient castles, wild coastlines and some of Ireland’s most welcoming towns.
This is more than a culinary tour. It is Ireland served with good company, unforgettable stories and a generous helping of local character.

What to Expect
Your journey begins in Dublin with a welcome dinner at a secret location in Dublin city center, where new faces become travelling companions over beautifully prepared Irish food.
The following morning, city streets give way to the green pastures of Ireland’s Ancient East. Visit the Irish National Stud before continuing to medieval Kilkenny, where cobbled lanes, castle walls and a falconry experience reveal a different side of Irish history.
In the Wexford countryside, slow down for two nights in a welcoming country house. Watch molten crystal take shape in Waterford, explore the city at your own pace and return to the warmth of the kitchen for a relaxed cooking demonstration.
Travelling west along the Copper Coast, we follow the shoreline towards Midleton for a private look inside the home of Jameson whiskey. Colourful Cobh, Blarney Castle and Cork’s bustling English Market bring together maritime history, local legends and the aromas of fresh bread, cheese and artisan produce. A visit to a buffalo farm offers another chance to meet the people quietly transforming Ireland’s food story.
The scenery grows wilder as we enter Kerry. Journey through the Gap of Dunloe, discover local craftsmanship and taste beer brewed on the Dingle Peninsula. Around Slea Head, Atlantic waves crash beneath steep cliffs and the Blasket Islands appear through the mist. That evening, settle in for an intimate private concert of traditional Irish music.
Crossing the Shannon into County Clare, meet local producers, taste food shaped by the surrounding land and stand above the Atlantic at the Cliffs of Moher. Our final day leads through the limestone landscape of the Burren, where a guided foraging experience reveals ingredients hidden in plain sight.
The journey finishes in Galway with a walking tour and an exceptional Michelin-starred tasting menu—a fitting celebration of ten days filled with Irish flavours, warm welcomes and stories shared around the table.
